The UK Garrison was called upon to provide a special guard of honour at the funeral of Elliott Ashton in London yesterday. Elliott, a lifelong Star Wars fan, passed away after a long and painful struggle with several brain tumours. He was instrumental in the Stuart Freeborne memorial plaque being put in place, as well as organising many Star Wars events like 'Star Walls' in Leytonstone. He was truly a great guy and will be greatly missed.
