The 501st UK Garrison were deployed to American SpeedFest, Brands Hatch. Fusing American-oriented motoring and motorsport with music, food and entertainment, the event was a huge hit with spectators and families. Several Rebels were detected but were let off with a stern warning.

We were invited to ensure the safely and security of the Warton Village Carnival for their 20th Anniversary, helping to raise funds for their community and raise the profile of some of the clubs they support. Unfortunately a number of Jawas were found, but no lasting damage was done..

The 501st UK Garrison were invited to attend Manor Green College, a school for special needs children as part of its annual fund raising fete and Jubilee celebration. Supporting Autism Support Crawley.
Clearly from the intercepted images it was a successful day and much fun was had by all despite the lack of death star plans and errant droids.

We had the privilege of being asked to attend DreamNight at Colchester Zoo, where the zoo is opened late at night for children and their families with life limiting conditions to enjoy without the bustle of public open days. It was a fantastic evening with many new friends, and the Jawas got up to their usual antics.
The 501st UK Garrison were asked to deploy to the Royal Festival Hall Southbank in London by our friends from Raymond Gubbay for a great night of music from Jon Williams and Hans Zimmer.

501st UKG Troopers and Lord Vader were deployed to patrol the Harwell Feast and Parade. No Rebel Plans were found but a number of Viking re-enactors were considered for inclusion to the local forces.
